HEART is a 7-week workshop for women who have had their lives affected by abortion. We are here to help women work through the guilt, shame, grief and secrecy surrounding abortion in a confidential, caring atmosphere.

Each week walks through specific steps of forgiveness, emotional healing and restoration using the Bible, with thought-provoking exercises and prayer. Groups are small and reservations are necessary.

The next workshop will begin Saturday, January 20th (9am-1pm) and then meet every successive Weds evening (1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, and 2/28).

Testimonials from past Heart participants:

"The Heart workshop saved me from an area of darkness that I kept hidden from others, myself and the Lord.  God used the women in that group to shine the light of his love, forgiveness and powerful gift of grace.  I didn't realize I needed that much healing but I'm grateful I took the step to join and let the Lord do His work through the group.  I experienced the power of redemption in a very personal way and it totally changed my life."

"My life has changed from defeat and hopelessness to feeling joy and hope. I came to the group an angry, bitter, hurting person.  I was loved and I began to see that I could be loved and love others again.  Now I feel okay, not singled out as "different" or a "bad seed."  I have been forgiven and I can forgive others. I can be at peace.  I had an opportunity to love my baby and look forward to the future."

"I didn't even know I truly needed Heart until the first week I showed up.   Being among women who shared that past wound opened up the floodgates of anger and hurt I had buried deep.  Through the workshop I was able to finally forgive and accept God's mercy and grace on a tangible level to experience the freedom to mourn my loss. It has profoundly changed my life and set me on the path to be an advocate for other women."
